Office location at the center of Zoetermeer. The building is momentarily in use by the RDW. In consultation with the current user and the municipality a long term vision is being worked on. The goal is to come together with the municipality, user and other property owners to achieve a sustainable interpretation of the location that meets the needs of the current users, strengthens the plans and ambitions the municipality of Zoetermeer has in mind with the center of Zoetermeer. Short-and-good; a win-win.

Demolotion/new construction of 27 modern and individual rental studios in a new property in the popular area Spijkerkwartier, in the center of Arnhem. The studios are all equipped with a private bathroom and luxury kitchen. There is enclosed parking behind the complex.

Together with the revitalization of the supermarket located on the ground floor of this complex a significant boost for the west side of Deventer, at walking distance of the inner city. Redevelopment of the Sandd/Van Straaten Post building in Rhijnhuizen. Through demolition-new construction we are realizing a mixed-use complex of 95 two and three bedroom apartments (for sale and rent), 9 townhouses (for sale), a community facility including a full-service supermarket and a built parking facility.
